1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the DuoDriven service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description DuoDriven provides Google Ads Management services. Our services include, but are not limited to, campaign creation, management, optimization, and reporting.

3. User Registration and Information

  • For scheduling a discovery call, we require users to provide their Name, Email, and optionally, Phone Number.
  • This information is collected through Calendly and is used solely for the purpose of setting up the discovery call and providing our services.
  • We commit to the privacy and security of your personal information.

4. Use of Your Information

  • Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased service.
  • We may use the information to improve our services and send periodic emails related to our services or occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and current information.
  • You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.

6. Service Modification and Availability DuoDriven reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  • DuoDriven shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

8. Changes to Terms DuoDriven reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Use from time to time without notice.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DuoDriven operates.
